MEMBERSHIP $ HELP
The Battle Creek Family Y makes every effort to provide membership services to all who wish to participate. Financial assistance is provided through the generous contributions of our Strong Kids Campaign donors. A partial rate reduction is available to qualifying individuals and families. You may pay membership dues in one of two ways:
▪ Annual payments - Cash, Check, Credit Card.
▪ Monthly Bankdraft on 24th of each month. (This is an automatic monthly withdrawal from your checking account, savings account or credit card charge.)
New members and those that let their membership lapse >90 days pay
a Joiner’s Fee. To avoid this fee, please make sure your membership fees are paid promptly. For more information or personal assistance, please visit

Please bring in a voided check for bankdraft from your checking account.
For bank draft from savings, please bring in your bank account’s Transit/Routing number as well as account number. You can get these numbers from your bank.
ADDITIONAL PAYMENT NOTES
Changes, holds and
cancellations must be made by the 30th of the month to stop your bank draft for the next month (form and signature required). If your membership expires for >90 days, the Joiner’s Fee will be charged to restart. Call us for details.
