Circuit Training on our Youth Fitness Equipment: Promotes a youth circuit training concept with the Just for Kids equipment line. Listening to age appropriate musical tracks, children rotate between hydraulic resistance stations and a fun cardio exercise activity with balls, jump ropes, hula hoops and jump sticks. This high energy circuit routine is exciting and allows the child to build strength, flexibility, balance and cardiovascular conditioning. Just for Kids equipment and circuit training is non-competitive. This concept encourages children of all fitness levels to focus on their individual physical improvement without peer pressure or intimidation.
